Service Description
As a mum to two boys, I know only too well how important it is to feel supported in motherhood, whether that's as a mum to be, a mum to a new-born or a mum to grown up kids, we never stop being mum! Expect to move, breathe and feel through postures, breathwork and mindfulness all aimed at supporting you in whatever keystone time of your life you are in as a mum. Let me hold space for you as you take some much needed and deserved "me time". For Pregnancy Yoga: Enjoy a supportive, nurturing space for you to explore some of yoga’s tools that will leave you feeling strong yet beautifully relaxed, a deeper connection to your growing baby and empowered as you transition towards birth and motherhood. For Post Natal Yoga: Sessions will help you feel centred, build strength, tone up pelvic floor and enjoy some much deserved nurturing and relaxation. As mothers, we spend so much time giving our love and care to others, so this session is an opportunity to give back to yourself and fill yourself up because we all know, we cannot give from an empty cup!
